    • Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues or if the item received significantly differs from what was ordered.

    • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for exchanges.
       

  4. Faulty Items:

    • All our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched to you. However, in the rare event that you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow these steps:
       

    a. Contact our customer support team at info@chromemagnet.shop within seven days of receiving the item.

    b. Provide clear photographic evidence of the fault, including images of the item and a description of the issue.

    c. Our team will review the evidence provided and make a discretionary decision regarding the fault.

    d. If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange for an exchange or provide a store credit, as appropriate.
     

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

    • If a faulty item is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
       

  6. Delivery Times:

    • Our standard processing and delivery times apply. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
       

  7. Privacy and Security:

    • Your online payment through Stripe is processed securely, and your payment information is not stored by us.
